Welcome!

Welcome to Coaching 101! This short course will give you a great introduction to coaching and the fundamental skills of the coaching approach. For $99 plus the cost of the book and cd set, you'll come to understand and practice core coaching principles. Classes are held via teleconference with individuals from all parts of the country and the world! You are welcome to attend either Mondays or Tuesdays. Participants may decide to attend either morning or evening sessions via phone.

Course Overview

Coaching 101 is a six-week interactive coaching course based on the book Leadership Coaching and a companion CD set. Each week you'll read about a new coaching skill in the book ?listening, asking powerful questions, converting ideas to action steps, and more. Next, you'll listen in as a master coach trainer demonstrates that skill on your CD set. Finally, you'll participate in a one-hour weekly tele-class session with Master Certified Coach, Dave McIlrath, to discuss and apply each technique. Along the way you'll sharpen your skills with informative application exercises, and get a chance to pair up with a peer from the class and try out your new skills on each other in optional peer practice sessions.

What's Included

You'll receive six 1-hour interactive class sessions with Master Certified Coach, Dave McIlrath and a 30 minute bonus session on how to become a certified coach yourself. The author of the book and cd set, Tony Stoltzfus has agreed to allow Truth Coaching trainees to receive free shipping on the book and cds.
